Tha pool was perfect, allthough it was windy outside. The guy that added the bed in our room was so discret, we didn't realise when he finished his job. The richest breakfast that we ever had. At the end of oru breakfest a lady came to us to apolagise for any incovenience that we might experienced, given the fact that it was a crowded morning. We'll come back for longer stays.

Lovely looking hotel and The Pearl lounge in particular was nice for food and drinks.

Beautiful establishment: my room on the 43rd floor had beautiful views! The bathroom is so beautiful too. The shower head delivered marvelous rain shower. It was so quiet, rooms are well insulated. Conveniently located; you can walk and running tracks nearby. kind and helpful staff. Breakfast options were many including gluten free and lactose free options. I loved my eggs

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hyatt, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that made me feel instantly at home. The housekeeping team deserves special mention – they went above and beyond to ensure my room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained every single day. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and I truly appreciated the effort they put into making my stay so relaxing. What stood out the most, however, was the incredible friendliness of the staff. Every interaction, whether at the front desk, restaurant, or even in the hallways, was met with genuine smiles and a willingness to help. It was clear that the team takes pride in delivering top-notch service. The hotel itself is a gem – luxurious, well-maintained, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Whether it was the cozy atmosphere or the seamless service, every aspect of my stay was perfection. We loved our 10 day stay. We stayed in a king room with the Emirates Palace hotel view. We initially toyed with getting the next size room up because we don't like small hotel rooms. But we needn't have worried, the king room we got was perfect. We tried pretty much all the facilities in this hotel and ate everywhere (except for Lexx, we just didn't get round to it), the mixed grills at Pearl Lounge, the Breakfast at Sahha, the dinners at Verso all so delicious!. The staff were also lovely, the pool side attendants, Elaine for the manicures, the room cleaners, the reception staff, Brenda and the girls at Pearl Lounge! The guys at the main entrance hailing our taxis and giving us recommendations, the girls at the gym reception, the entire Sahaa team! Everyone couldn't do enough for us. The location for us was also perfect. We could walk down the Corniche, and took short taxi rides to all the attractions and malls. This hotel is special, we would definitely stay there again if we ever visit Abu Dhabi, or even Dubai. Thank you Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi..
